15. An act which obstructs the operation of this Page, or any other act that is likely to interfere with this Page.

17. Any other act that MMC determines to be inappropriate.

2. In the event of a dispute arising between the user and MMC, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
