In regard to photos of our products which have been posted on Instagram, you consent to the usage of the image for MMC's PR purposes, etc. (including usage by third parties approved by MMC; this also applies to the following), as a sub licensable and assignable item which can be used without any fee, on a non-exclusive basis, and without time/region restrictions. MMC may use them to create banner ads or other such advertisements, and post them on the Internet via forums such as Facebook or Instagram; as such, they may be subject to various uses including but not limited to reproduction, performance, screening, public transmission, verbal recital, exhibition, distribution, assignation, lending, translation or adaption. You consent that in this event, it may be subject to editing or modification such as trimming, adding image effects or music/sound effects, etc. When we use a photo, etc. in these contexts, we will do our best to display the contributor's account name. Additionally, the contributor shall not make any claim to MMC of rights based on moral rights of the author.
5. Prohibited Matters
When using this Account, please refrain from the following kinds of acts. If any act by the user corresponds to one of the following, MMC may delete the contents posted on the Account by the user, block the user from access or posts to this Account, or take other necessary measures without notifying the user in advance.

- An act of infringing the property rights of MMC or a third party (including such intellectual property rights as copyright and trademark rights).

6. Disclaimers
- MMC shall not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, reliability or usefulness of the information on this Account.
- MMC shall not be held liable for the contents (posts, photos, videos, audio, music, etc.) posted by users.
- MMC shall not be held liable for any damage caused to a user through using this Account or not having been able to use this Account, or damage through not being able to use this Account.
- MMC shall be able to make additions, changes or terminate the contents of this Account without notifying the users in advance, and shall not be held liable for any damage caused to any user through such.
- MMC shall not be held liable for any damage caused to a user or a third party owing to trouble arising between users or with a third party.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
- Any intellectual property rights included in the information relating to the products, services or technology provided for the user (including but not limited to copyright, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, know-how and ideas) through this Account shall belong to MMC or the right holder holding such right.
- Any intellectual property rights, which are included in the information provided through this Account shall not be used (including modifications or secondary use) beyond the extent permitted by MMC or right holder provided for in the preceding paragraph, and permitted through laws and regulations.
- The trade name, trademarks and service marks used in this Account are protected under the Trademark Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, and other laws and regulations. These may not be used without the explicit permission of MMC.
10. Important Points
- MMC's official announcements and opinions shall be published on this website or through press releases. The information published on this Account by MMC or MMC's employees do not necessarily represent MMC's official announcements or opinions.
- In cases where the user has violated the Terms and caused damage to MMC, MMC may seek compensation for damage from the user.
- In cases where the user has caused damage to another user or to a third party through use of this Account, the user shall resolve the conflict arising from such damage under his/her own responsibility and at his/her own expense, and MMC shall not be held liable in any way.
- MMC may make changes to these Terms without giving prior notice.
- The Terms after a change shall take effect from the time of being displayed on this account or MMC's website.
11. Proposing Ideas
MMC shall, in principle, refrain from accepting any ideas of technology or design submitted by users.
Should a user make a suggestion, MMC shall not be held liable for examining the idea, reporting it, keeping it confidential, paying for it, or any other obligations.
12. Changes to the Terms
MMC may make any changes to the Terms without giving prior notice to the user.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- In the event of a dispute arising between the user and MMC, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
