Concerning Organization of the 17th Sustainability Committee Meeting

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation is promoting the sustainability activities as a company-wide effort with an aim to realize the sustainable society and enhance corporate value.


As part of such activity, we have established the Sustainability Committee chaired by Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO, to report and discuss major sustainability issues and built the scheme where important issues will be discussed by and reported to the Board of Directors.


Please find the agenda for the 17th Sustainability Committee organized as below.

1. Shared the following 3 items resolved and reported at the Board of Directors in FY2022:

(1) Disclosure in accordance with the TCFD Recommendations.

(2) Carbon neutral efforts.

(3) Issuance of “Sustainability Report 2022”

2. Reported on the MITSUBISHI MOTORS’ Materiality activities in the first half of FY2022, and discussed how to achieve the goal at the end of the fiscal year.

3. Reported on the carbon neutral efforts.

4. Reported on the status of efforts based on TCFD Recommendations.

5. Discussed on the review of MITSUBISHI MOTORS' Materiality for FY2023.

6. Reported on the implementation of human rights due diligence.
