Why can't I communicate with the vehicle without turning off mobile communication? (Android)

When the vehicle SSID is not connected to the Internet, Android OS will automatically lower the connection priority of the vehicle SSID, and use the mobile communication. In that case, you need to disable the mobile communication. Please refer to STEP4 of the given link.

This behavior of Android OS is majorly observed on devices with Android 9 or later versions, however, in a few exceptional cases similar behavior might be observed on devices with Android 8 or previous versions.

We kindly ask for your understanding.
