In August 2024, Mitsubishi Motors R&D of America, Inc. (MRDA), an R&D unit in the U.S., donated school supplies and backpacks for children at Fortis Academy in Ann Arbor who cannot afford to purchase essential school supplies.
MRDA employees thoughtfully filled each backpack with school supplies for 96 children, hoping to reduce educational inequality among the children due to financial reasons.
