Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand Limited (MMNZ), which is the Mitsubishi Motors' sales hub in New Zealand, has donated a total of NZ$50,000 (approximately 4.25 million yen*) to three charities that provide support to people in need due to illness, poverty, etc., in commemoration of the new public holiday in New Zealand "Matariki" ** on June 24th starting in 2022.
A special morning tea celebration was held at MMNZ Head Office, where the donating charities gave their acknowledgements and explained how MMNZ donation would be utilized to provide support to the community.
MMNZ continues to contribute to the local community as a responsible corporate citizen.
