In March 2022, Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd. (MMAL), which is the Mitsubishi Motors' sales hub in Australia, provided 5 vehicles--3 Pajero Sports, 1 Outlander and 1 Triton--to support a 6-day charity cycling event. The event, "Ride for Relief 2022", aims to enhance mental health awareness.
Funds raised through the event are donated to MentisAssist to promote accessible mental health and physical wellbeing opportunities that work to build strong and resilient individuals and communities.
MMAL hopes that this activity will lead to healthy and meaningful lives of many people.
■Ride for Relief
A charity cycling event created in 2015 by Peninsula Hot Springs and their key mental health awareness charity partner, MentisAssist. In the event in 2022, bicycle riders rode the length of 800km in the various landscape with difference of altitude over 6,000m.
