Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd. (MMAL), which is the Mitsubishi Motors' sales hub in Australia, provides a total of 24 vehicles including Triton, Express and Outlander to NPO Disaster Relief Australia ("DRA") to provide disaster relief and support communities in need nationally. When the snap lockdown was extended in the Australian Capital Territory ("ACT") from August to October, 2021, DRA volunteers delivered food and care packages to those in isolation, using a fleet of Tritons for ACT Food Drop operation*.
MMAL will continue activities that lead to supporting local communities.
*ACT Food Drop operation: Contactless food and care packages delivery to citizens, as a means to assist residents in need.
