During the period from February to September 2020, Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd. (MMAL), which is the Mitsubishi Motors' sales hub in Australia, provided the vehicles of TRITON to an NPO of Disaster Relief Australia ("DRA*"), for disaster relief.
MMAL offered this assistance to support DRA's efforts to relieve the Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island and other communities in Australia, several of the areas which are affected by the large-scale bushfire lasted from 2019 to 2020, for giving property/area clean-up and logistical support in the affected areas.
MMAL's CEO, Shaun Westcott, said: "DRA is an incredible national organization that has the right know-how and resources to support communities after a disaster hits, and we are proud to stand beside such an iconic Australian organization and do our part to help these communities recover."
MMAL will continue activities that lead to support for local communities.
