- IR Office under a direct management of CFO is directly managed by Communication Division.
- ASEAN Marketing & Sales Department is newly established under a direct management of Senior Vice President who oversees ASEAN business, and marketing & sales function in ASEAN Business Planning Department is transferred to the newly established department.
- MMTh Coordination Office in ASEAN A Division is abolished, and the function is transferred to Thailand and ASEAN Business Department.
