We have identified "Stepping up Human Resource Development" as a material issue, and we concentrate on cultivating human resources capable of responding to environmental changes supported by three pillars: the "Three Principles", which is the fundamental philosophy common to the Mitsubishi Group; our Corporate Vision and Mission, and the “MMC WAY.”
