
1) GROUP A CATEGORY
Aiming for the Drivers'title, Team Mitsubishi Ralliart will enter all 9 events of the 1996 Championship, which will be handled by Ralliart Europe. But, for the Safari Rally, Ralliart Europe will work in cooperation with Ralliart Japan and, for the Indonesian and the Australian Rallies, with Ralliart Australia.
2) GROUP N CATEGORY
Certain drivers will participate in the Championship for not only Ralliart Germany but other teams in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IIIs in the Group N category.
