Eclipse

The Eclipse was a distinctive left-hand drive sport coupe featuring a touch of America in design that was introduced in Japan in February 1990 to meet the ever-increasing diversification in user needs for high-performance sports models. It attracted much attention for its active and futuristic appearance with a low and wide sport silhouette, tires planted feel giving road hugging impression, and a very glassy cabin. The GSR-4 trim level was powered by 2.0L DOHC turbo engine while the GS used a 2.0L DOHC engine. GSR-4 used a viscous coupling center differential four-wheel drive system to deliver high levels of driving dynamics.
